    Very cold as I get on the train from Brunswick to DC. It remains to be seen how much snow we get this winter but this winter proved to me we can still get a sustained period of cold, wintry weather....

    My take lots of potential on the map in another week....patience young Jedi's...too early to tell if we will bullseye or whiff.... but with cold air aplenty we are in the game.

    I really take it as is positive that we can still get a moderate snow storm that will stick around for a week and let people enjoy the wintry scene... Also will be paying closer attention to the pdo for now on, it rules the roost!!!!

    There was a lot of chatter about the MJO going into the warm phases late January, now looks like it is heading into the null phase and potentially back into the cold phases instead.
