  1. Heavy shower with pea sized hail from Brunswick and N. Went through…can see clear skies just to our Southwest.
  2. WB 18Z EURO says keep watching Friday....
  3. You don’t want to see 6Z. I will post 12Z when it is out.
  4. WB 12Z EPS individual members, there are some decent hits inside 8 days. About 12/50.... almost 25%.
  5. WB 12Z GEFS, still a couple of big hits but I think we’re on the mat...
  6. WB 12Z EPS teleconnections are pretty good for the 7-14 day period. Actually, if it were not getting late, more would be interested.
  7. WB 12Z GEFS thru Day 14. (All 7-14 day period.).
  8. If there is a deterministic run that supports EPS in the long range that will look nice but they have stunk outside a few days so I give them little credence anymore. They just end up bringing false hopes.
  9. I am watching the EPS....it was never bullish about this last week of cold. It is getting late, but weird things can happen. Also one of the pro Mets called it over in the DMV, so now I really think we have a chance...
  10. WB 0Z EPS has some big hits for everyone, things may get interesting after next weekend....
  11. WB 6Z GEFS, casual observation is the number of heavy hitters to our South....
  12. WB 0Z EPS and Control liking the March 18-19 potential.
  13. WB 12Z Para digital snow only 13 days away....
  14. WB 6Z EPS is quiet through the end of next work week, it will be interesting to see if there is one last bout of wintry weather to track as we go into the last two weeks of March, but I will be cleaning out my garden beds this week as things finally dry out.
  15. WB 0Z EPS control says the week of the 15th is worth keeping an eye on....until then enjoy the dry weather.
  16. Dont give up hope yet, not probable but possible... Largest March DC snow: produced a foot of snow in the city March 27 to 28, 1891. The Palm Sunday snowstorm of 1942 brought the region’s second-largest March snowfall on record. On March 29 of that year, 11.5 inches was measured at Reagan National. The storm produced over 2 feet of snow in parts of Maryland and northwestern Virginia. That snowstorm also ranks as Baltimore’s seventh-largest storm on record; 22 inches was measured. Source WTOP.
  17. 12Z EPS Control says watch the following weekend if this weekend stays suppressed.
  18. WB 18Z Para suppressed and weaker this run...not really stressed about it. Still interesting to track this week. We had a decent wintery February and my family is healthy, no complaints.
