  1. I agree partially to your statement! Just add to it BIG DOG DOODY IS COMING! And we are there...lol
  2. Hopefully the rest of SNE get in the fun
  3. Wolfie is right, cold has won over, it just hasn't connected with the precipitation to give us the bigger snows ( I'm talking about the southern New England region and South ) Anything can happen and there's no guarantee. We just need to wait and see.
  4. It could go either way. But, some have decided to give in to it going to the warm sector, and others are rooting for the colder solution. It's gonna be somewhere on either side... So I guess we will see.
  5. Tell that to Kev. He wants a crippling Ice Storm. Lol
  6. It's not looking too good through next week, at least not at this point.
  7. Lol... I'm not crazed. Not in the least, but I did get triggered by a certain comment, which I realize now was no big deal and I did react in an uncanny way. Weathafella is a good guy and I do respect him. So all is good Moving in on.
  8. I'm going to have to defend myself. I did not have a meltdown this time or last time. All I'm doing is defending myself when someone comes at me. You're just as guilty as the other guy. You're another instigator too.
  9. I think they're going to be separate. Most news outlets have them both of the separate event too. I would venture to guess that they wouldn't do that if they had a feeling it was going to be one
  10. C'mon guy. You know it's way to early to make this call now ( although it feels hopeless with the track record of the last 3 Winters ). All it takes is one Storm to blow up into a Monster to turn this entire forum around ( but if things are still this way by mid March, I'll be more inclined to agree with your statement by then ).
  11. Yeah, I truly sucks when your winter enthusiast and really enjoy this kind of weather. But we will have a great winter again. If the Gulf Coast right to the water can get 6 to 12 in of snow, then you know we'll have our chance again. Again. Just sucks that it's been basically 3 years of below average Snowfall for our area. But we're not done yet, we do have the whole month of February and half of March climatologically to still see snow.
  12. Well, we're bound to get a good winter in the next 10 years....lol Don't beat yourself up. There's a lot of other things in play and even the best forecasts are getting knocked down
  13. This Wednesday? Maybe this flew over my head?
  14. I guess I'd rather see it here than well north of us. There's plenty of time to shift. It could easily shift back North again, but this is better than what it originally was showing. We track. We hope
  15. Maybe the Euro will pull your Outie to Maine
  16. Right!!! But, there's that devil on my other shoulder saying, " Wait... There's all of February and at least half of March to go ". I want to throw the towel in but not sure that's the smartest thing to do at this point. I think what really sucks is going through December and January pretty dry with not much Snow, makes you feel like winter is done. Law of averages tells me that this shouldn't happen again next year, but who knows. I do have a feeling that we'll have one big storm before the end of this winter. That will at least make us happy for a few days. It's definitely time to move into the February time frame. Nothing left in January at this point for most of us.
  17. I'm assuming it moved south some?
  18. There's still time. It's not supposed to be here in until mid week next to week. Of course things may change between now and in then
  19. Time to wrap it up! Another Winter lost to the abyss
  20. We really haven't had many cutters ( or any for that matter ). They could be what resets the pattern?
  21. Man.. I think it's your turn to take a break.
  22. Heard this from one of our trusted MET's here this morning. He mentioned that he sees signals of a more active/stormy pattern towards the end of next week. Time will tell I guess.
