    NOAA is thinking this will be a mountain event for Monday. Western Virginia, West Virginia into western Pennsylvania. If true, this could really help the ski resorts out.

    I can see a scenario Monday where everyone under 2,000 feet in elevation gets heavy rain. While places like Snowshoe, WV and elevations above 3,000 feet get 12” inches of heavy wet snow.

    ICON looks solid for Monday. Just need more cold air. At a minimum this could be a heavy wet snow maker for the mountains in western Virginia and West Virginia.
