  1. Just turned really dark here is downtown Springfield. Cars had to turn their lights on its so dark.
  2. lol. I remember my dad had a 1973 F150 with an 8-track in it.
  3. Damn, that's a good deal for B'East. If I lived closer I would do that.
  4. It's still pretty exciting out here as darkness is falling.
  5. maybe 0.2 inches here, not enough Yeah, downtown across the park from Tower Square, both windows faced southwest. Here is the conference room window, on the floor: We also lost a window in a cubicle that was occupied earlier in the day. I had encouraged staff in the office to work from home in the afternoon, I was about to go home and we had a power surge that knocked out the server so I was dealing with getting it rebooted so everyone could keep working remotely, and all hell broke loose, well maybe not all hell, but two windows anyway.
  6. Just lost two windows on the 5th floor of my office building, they blew in in the gusts.
  7. Inch of rain here with that cell that just rolled through, most in what seems like for ever.
  8. Rumbles of thunder off to the west of downtown Springfield.
  9. Less than 0.1” IMBY. It’s breezy, Just mowed part of the lawn.
  10. About 2 inches total since Saturday in the cheap plastic garden rain gauge IMBY. Hopefully the brown parts of the lawn start sprouting soon.
  11. The camera is facing southwest. You can see the rim of King Ravine on the right. In the bottom of King Ravine is a boulder field that holds ice all summer. There is a really cool hiking trail called Subway that winds under, over and through massive boulders, passing through areas of permanent ice. Tons of awesome hiking trails and waterfalls in and around the ravine. @PhineasC that is a great access point to some of the best trails in the prezies.
  12. Does this mean I’ll need to install?
  13. Suns back out. Wind did more damage to the pollen pack than the trace or rain.
  14. I heard the Forest Service closed the ravine for skiing, and cars are being towed from Pinkham Notch. This article is old, but seems to confirm: https://www.conwaydailysun.com/news/local/forest-service-closes-parts-of-tuckerman-ravine/article_18771174-72c3-11ea-a870-8f339deb3efa.html
  15. Biggest hail storm in about 10 years for me, some legit nugs in there. Impressive ! More frozen in the last 20 minutes than the last 20 weeks it seems like.
