About Me
I graduated from SUNY Albany with a BS in Atmospheric Science in 1989. Next cam 1 year of grad school in Atmospheric Science until I decided that my calling was to teach 9th graders I then got my masters in teaching and have been teaching Earth Science, Meteorology and Physics ever since. I taught for 2 years at Albany Academy for Girls, and have now been at Voorheesville High School for the last 29 years. I have taught ATM 100N through SUNYA's University in the High School program for several years.
I live in Slingerlands, NY in a restored farmhouse with my wife of 32 years (Amy). I have 2 kids (Abby - 23, and Ben - 26). I love to ski, snowshoe, hike, paddle, backpack and play the guitar.
