As far as I am concerned PVs and renewables allow additional and faster exploitation of the environment and thus I am opposed to anything but the complete replacement of global industrial civilization with locally based sustenance communities. Ecologists have known about the problems associated with renewables for some time. The Jevons Paradox cannot be discounted on this matter as is commonly cited by pro-renewable proponents. We will be reaching peak oil shortly (circa 2035) and thus you will come to understand why governments push and subsidize renewables. Same game different circumstances. The land use of solar PV will occupy regions better utilized for farming and forestry. (Most installations will not be rooftop solar) This is how they operate by driving up the cost of living for everyone else they intend to depopulate the world while the rich reap all the rewards on a dieing planet. It is a bit extreme to the point where you wonder if the Chem trailers are correct. I will keep an open mind on the subject. The PV should shatter early on and doom every month except for perhaps Late February/Early March before the sun angle moderates the flow. These are my official thoughts at the moment. Don't get depressed I am just one guy making a prediction but I feel it's strongly backed by the science and climate mode. As a disclaimer. The PV may not shatter but instead end up on the Siberian side. We all know how that works out for us. It's been a long time since that happened. In a strange twist it may be worse for us versus the PV going away completely due to the quasi resonance ridge pumping over the SE Conus.

I am not here to impress anybody. Go live in your snow town aka snow hole. You've picked a bad hobby to become emotionally invested in. This field is not entertainment value. A whole lot of lives are about to be destroyed as it always was the case (since we crawled out of the primordial swamps and started affecting weather and climate). It is infact warm ocean's and cold continent's because it forces the PV south due to the quasi resonance. it's the death knell for the PV if given enough time and what we see now is a lite version of what happened in 2013 despite greater resonance in the system. We should be much colder than we are and the Hadley Cell movement is starting to negate the PV displacement and the PV is much reduced in general.

I cannot fathom the amount of heat sequestration that occurred in the 2000s and early 2010s. It was a phenomenal amount let's just leave it at that. Enough to power modern civilization for 10,000 years. This also implies that our climate buffer and safety system is failing us and the time for meaningful action is running away.
