I thought this hurricane was supposed to weaken before landfall due to the shear. Is the shear not going to be as pronounced as originally thought?

Milton is Helene’s daddy.

They have a wall they can put up to protect the hospital from storm surge. It survived Helene. Not sure it would survive this one though.
