WTF!!! Went to bed around 11pm with 5", woke up with over 15" new. Deck has 2' of snow on it. Roads have 12"+ on them. Going to be a lot of shocked folks. Band just rotted over central Mass.

This band just keeps filling in and cranking. Loving it. 5" down since this afternoon. Pushing 14" total.
-
Almost 3" down. Just about a 12" total.
-
Cotton balls falling from the sky and the woodstove cruising. Hello December.

The band from the northern Mass border down to the pike should reach these 2-3" totals in western Mass by 7-8pm. Would love for a delayed UMass opening tomorrow. Shocked they closed today. First snowday during classes in about 4 years.

.5" down since 4:00. Pounding pixie dust.

Central and western Mass filling in nicely on radar. Just started at a moderate clip with some fat flakes in Belchertown.
-
Heavy snow with sleet mixing. 30/27
Radar looks to be filling in.

7am at 20” here in west wardsboro, vt between Stratton and mount snow, 1,800 ft. Expected storm totals by tomorrow afternoon 30-36”.
That's wild. 8-9" at Mount Snow on the cam but they are reporting 14", Stratton reporting 11", Magic at 8".
-
Surprised to only see 8-9" on the Mount Snow summit cam.

Nice! I bet you break 20". Firehose tonight.

Looking out at some heavy sleet now. Just under 9" so only about an inch since bed at 11pm. That 8-10pm window last night had some of the best rates and flakes I've seen in a couple years so whatever happens today is fine by me.
-
Just under 8". Sleet starting to mix in.

Yep. 6.25" across town at slightly lower elevation. Nice and fluffy right now.
The question is...does UMass close so I can skin the range? lol
-
Gone wild! Just under 7" and pounding.

Holy sh!t is it dumping! 4.5" I'm not sure the last time I saw it snow this hard, definitely not in any of last years storms.
Seriously! It's amazing. Best since moving here in 2016. Love watching the heavier stuff push north. Pounding cottonballs now.

Almost 4" down and getting smoked

This keeps up and reggie's 20+ Quabbin jack will be right. Damn

Yeah will be tough to get a foot in the first couple days of Dec.
We should run all these models every hour like the HRRR, we’d all get solutions we love and hate.
Some funny cherry picking earlier.

Our biggest since moving here. Prior to this I believe it was December 2016 we got 20" in Amherst from a single event.
