When I was at the office my wife told me we had gotten a lot of snow. Right after I got home and measured on the board, she poked her head out the board. I asked her how much she thought we got today. She answered " a foot." I then had to break it to her that there was 1.8 inches of new snow.

7.9 inches here after 2.9 during the day. Snow has been steady here throughout the day and only seemed to back off when the radar actually showed something overhead.

If the last two or three seasons have been any indication the models should tick SE later today and early tomorrow and the trend back north with the later runs tomorrow into Monday. I seems like there is hardly any consensus yet anyway, -
If you have never done the experiment of throwing boiling water up into the air into the subzero air, it is worth the effort. (Just don't throw it so it falls on you or anyone else.)
