Is the idea that Flex Tape can salvage that boat? I only ask because I picked up a free kayak in the late fall that has a couple of cracks that need repair.

Power came back on after a couple of hours. snow pack took a bit of a hit but is largely intact, no new snow of note.

The closet Davis to me showed a 4 deg drop from 8:34 to 8:36. Updates stopped as it lost power.

Lost power a couple of minutes after I got home. Between the fog being blown sideways taking vis to near zero, pelting rain, and awful mud ruts, and driving under the birch tree hanging 5 feet in the air across the whole road, the last 5 miles were about as scary a drive as I have done in years. By the time I reached the tree being held up by power lines, I was committed as the road is lined with birch and pines, the line was about to hit and I didn't know that I could get off the road if I didn't keep going.

I was surprised to these maps as even an option for tonight. I know it is just a 10 or less map but still a surprise to see

I stopped at the car wash on the commute this morning to beat the inevitable crowds later today. Good chance the fields next to 100 north of Stowe will be snow free by the end of the day today.

We got another inch before I left for work at 6:40. It was snowing at about an inch per hour rate so the roads were pretty well covered the first 45 minutes or so of the drive.

0.1 overnight. Pure fluff won't tax my back to clear.

Just was outside standing under clear starlit skies without a coat on, I asked myself that eternal question "how much longer do I stand here while my labradors fail to find the tennis ball in the snow?"

Whats odd to me is that I was living in central VT at the time and have no memory of that storm. I remember having a discussion with a friend at the time that they were having issues at their home because the snow was so deep their dogs kept walking over their stockade fence.
