    Definitely a good northeaster. I have no clue at this rate what we'll end up with here in the morning but I'm guessing at this moment pushing 11" at this time it will be at least a few inches over a foot at this clip.

    The High should have been to the North or Northwest of you instead of Northeast. The Cold Air would have been thicker near the surface where you are instead of helping to push the low level Marine air into the east facing coastline.

    In other words, you should be looking at the short range models now verses the Globals when your this close into the storm.

    Nam is built for this. The GFS isn't.

    Think of it this way. One of the models will end up being much closer to the ground truth when all is said and done. The other models will bow to it.
