  1. Close to 35.0". Interesting! Love to see the drifts.
  2. It's more than a Nam/Euro battle. Many of the others are closer to the Nam track than the Euro. So the Euro is either on to something or will cave eventually. Time will certainly tell relatively shortly.
  3. what you just described must have looked something like this....
  4. Not sure if many people care to look at it. Maybe some watching with one eye through the space between their fingers.
  5. I actually thought the same thing. Super Blizzard '78 went all sideways at the height of the storm during those late Monday night and early Tuesday morning hours. Like a perpetual snow gun or massive white blast sideways.
  6. Based on the way this thing is looking, even poor Phin won't be all snow. I've seen something like this before.
  7. Hate to say it, but at the end, this may be closer to reality of what will happen vs these bigger thumps some on here are trying to hold onto.
  8. Pretty tough when the primary goes through NY state. Quick front end dump, then rain to Maine on this model.
  9. Exactly my friend. When LE sample are reported, I have seen errors where other reports eventually get corrected.
  10. Not totally accurate. Most ratios were more like 12-13-1 ratios. If you were lucky to be in the narrow Mega band then, 15-1 ratios were probably closer to the truth there. The 20-1 ratio would be a little too high of an estimate.
  11. Here is a map from the Weather Service, Boston/Norton MA at specific reports 8:00 AM this morning. Very narrow omega band as you all can see. The whole thing was to be part of that narrow band first, if not you generally were on the outside looking in as many can see and trying to play catch-up what's left.
  12. About 6.0" here in southern Wilmington at 8:30 AM. Snowing at least moderately now. Hopefully I can catch up to others. Heaviest band has fluctuated but mostly stayed just barely south of me this early morning. Mostly Boston area/ Immediate North Shore southwestward to to Eastern CT. Again, things seem to be lifting north, we'll see what my final is this afternoon.
