  1. Definitely don’t think this a game changer but it is interesting to see it play out. Still think we get about an inch. It is Richmond we’re talking about haha
  2. Everyone’s looking at the radar and are like hmmmm…
  3. the air is pretty dry so even if radar is showing it, may have to worry about that
  4. Yup. It may not mean anything here but something to watch on radar
  5. FWIW, if anything, neither the NAM or HRRR had precip in ATL and there are reports of snow there
  6. Radar slowly filling in out near Charlottesville. All virga but something to watch
  7. I’m sure a lot of that is Virga but may be a sign of how far west the precip field will be
  8. We’ll see if it means anything. The 3K NAM was better
  9. I know people down there always feel like they are left out but they’ve done pretty well down there past 10 years. VA Beach might catch up to us or even pass us on the season with this one storm
  10. Will be interesting to see how the radar looks tonight
  11. Haha. Given where we lives that’s why I was serious but not serious. Hope we’re both wrong
  12. Yes, strong signal for a storm. Way too early to nail out details. I’m going to call it early though, rain to snow
  13. We’ll see. I'll gladly take more. And yes I saw. Another 10 day cyclone. Love digital snow. Has 2 feet in GA
  14. Models seem to be in agreement of around inch in RIC. 2-5 in HR, maybe 6 in VA Beach, Portsmouth, Chesapeake
  15. Pretty much in agreement with the FV3. Would love more but around here gotta take what you get
  16. Agree. I can see us squeezing out an inch or so. Temps will not be an issue.
  17. GFS was slightly more NW. Again, not enough to make a difference
  18. RGEM was the first to show an ice storm in NC so maybe it carries some weight
  19. NAM went NW slightly. Not enough to really make a difference but baby steps I guess
  20. NAM looks like it’s going to be better. We’ll see
