    I'm not sure that I can name a single big hit that Jackson has taken all season. I think he has more awareness than most if not all mobile QBs before him, and of course he's built much better to sustain being a mobile QB. It's a pretty great combination.

    We got pretty lucky with that because it was a consistent slug of moisture that was heading our way. We didn't really have to worry about precipitation or rates, just ptype. Even with a pretty unseasonable airmass like that, November climo took over. I hope these potential storms that trend into just light to no precip aren't a general theme this year

    Impressive Nats win! I have a chance of going to game 3 with a few friends on Friday. I'm not too big of a fan of baseball, but seeing a D.C sports team actually do something good in person should help to fill the Dan Snyder sized hole in my heart....

    Interesting stats. I wonder how it fares for wet Septembers. I remember September 2011 being particularly wet, and look what happened there.

    Read above. Mistook 04-05 for 04-03. I remember seeing a real neat video showing a nation radar loop for that entire winter of 04-05. IIRC, there was quite the potent southern slider around Christmas? Pretty sure nobody in the immediate region was affected.

    Oh sorry, I meant 03-04. I was thinking of an early December event. I know that 04-05 was big for Boston but didn't do much here.
