'I say BULLY to this snow, the cold air is good for the sinuses!', the President reportedly said." But seriously, you're totally right and I agree about that. A solid event of 4-8" from some weaker but decent wave moving west-east is the best chance at this time of year, rather than a wrapped-up system.
