Sure looking like middle of June is going to be cooler than normal.

Maybe this will be a summer wo a summer. Expect the unexpected. Wx is full of surprises lately.

I was referring to the rain amounts. Sorry for the confusion. The light show was awesome last night. Only thing that surprised me was it did not seem to be as loud as one would expect with that much lighting.

In today’s wx it’s expect the unexpected. Seems forecast are busting a lot these days. It was supposed to be a stormy rainy week. Instead some rain & storms but not nearly what was expected. Even with the technology today we still have a long long way to go.

Im blessed to have seen these. Never thought I would. Strange from cicadas to floods to tornadoes to wonderful temps to the northern lights.

Nope. This is looking like an April type dat. Go the whole month of April wo severe wx & tornadoes & May says “April Fools”!

this is why we don’t want the warm front near us. From the latest SPC MD:"No less than half a dozen long-lived supercells arecurrently noted near this warm front, several of which are, or havebeen tornadic. "

Where the warm front is, there will probably be training super cells. The warm front also acts as a lifting mechanism. It also puts you closer to the triple point.

Also STPs are just about maxed from KY line to I40 tomorrow.
