NAM crushed our dreams last week here with showing all the sleet we got instead of snow.

GFS ensemble mean.

Euro with virtually nothing except right on the beach, GFS goes from nothing to a decent storm from the Triangle to the coast with higher totals at the coast, and Canadian has had run after run of a huge storm for almost everyone. And we're about 4 days out.

Looks like the setup is the same and the totals in eastern NC are very similar. Just a sharper cutoff in central NC.
