That area along and just south of I-80 keeps getting trained by the heaviest returns. .

Already 2-3” reports just south of I-80, in the vicinity of Joliet. That area will likely over-perform in the 3-5” range, given what’s left to go. 1-3” area wide still looks good outside of that area. .

As of today, 34,713 overall cases and 2,978 deaths. Similar to other places, they are only testing those at higher risk and that have more significant symptoms...so the realistic case total is likely much higher.

Operations at MDW greatly reduced, after 3 ATCT workers have tested positive.

Up to 160 total cases in IL, which is the highest in the region.

1st IL death...60 year old woman from Chicago. Also, nursing home in DuPage Co that had a positive case a few days ago now has 22 additional positive resident/staff cases.
