1/4M vis and +SN where I am right now (Itasca). R/S line progressing NE through the west/southern metro now. Probably will finish right around 1” at home. .
Even with wind gusts ~65mph, tree damage ended up being fairly limited in the area...due to leaf drop already having been completed. Fence damage was the most common damage that I’ve come across. .
The whole metro will end up with a nice hit from the QLCS.
Still a question in how widespread severe will actually be...But it seems that over the past hour or so, it has been more widespread instead of isolated.

Looks like a general marginal risk worthy day for the area the SPC has outlined.
110kt jet streak, strengthening SLP riding NE, large area of 60+ DP's...Only thing lacking is instability.
