  1. remember...election day is over, rona doesn’t exist anymore. .
  2. A great stretch we’re in right now. 69/74/71 at ORD the past 3 days, with 70’s to continue today through Tuesday. The high of 74 on Wednesday (4th) tied the record high for the date, set in 1978. Record highs will be in jeopardy today through Tuesday as well. .
  3. damn communists, making us wear masks. .
  4. Periods of snow/sleet this morning brought a non-measurable dusting here. Another T on the board at ORD as well. .
  5. i’ve wondered the same about many of your comments in here too. .
  6. Several pics from by ORD that had a few tenths. Like I said, it’s likely wrong, but I can’t get into it. .
  7. Let’s just say it’s likely wrong, and that I can’t get into it. .
  8. Suburban Cook Co was added to the list of regions (counties) with increased restrictions. However, it doesn’t matter much...As many places have stayed open in counties already under the increased restrictions. .
  9. First snow of the season here this morning. Picked up 0.6”, and even had solid periods of SN. .
  10. Could see rain/snow or snow showers, tonight into tomorrow morning. Would be the first snow of the season here and for most of the metro. .
  11. hasn’t happened yet during this, and unlikely to any time soon.
  12. Made it up to 78 at ORD and 79 at MDW today. .
  13. Nice October warm front... 50’s and fog north, 80’s and mid 60’s DP’s south. .
  14. Lot of guidance looking more wintry for that period now. Edit: I'm talking more early week.
  15. 2.51" of rain here overnight into this morning, and 2.05" at ORD. Quality training t'storm activity all night...probably the best of the year.
  16. again, there have been restrictions and recommendations (many of which have not been enforced), which have changed with time...but there has not been a lockdown. we have still been able to freely leave our home and go about our day, do activities, pick up food from restaurants, pick up orders from stores, and more. but there has never been a lockdown, and really none of the restrictions or recommendations have been truly enforced. .
  17. Today has no real threat overall, other than for a few hailers. Just about all activity will be post anafront.
  18. and I have not heard that they’ve actually done that to any business that hasn’t fully complied during this whole thing (most have complied though). so I’m not sure it will happen now. .
  19. have heard of several restaurants in the suburbs that will refuse the order to close indoor dining starting friday. .
  20. this. i have been up into different parts of wisconsin several times since the spring, and each time is no different...very few are following the restrictions and guidelines. evers has his back against the wall, and there’s nothing he can do, given a large portion of the population wants him recalled there due to many reasons...one of which being how he has tried to put guidelines and restrictions in place. .
  21. again, there never was a lockdown...just restrictions. and the main problem now is the changing weather. i have seen no changes in regards to anyone’s habits...there has and continues to be a large amount that follow the restrictions and a large amount that do not. .
