    Yea that’s the frustrating part for many veterans. This board and all weather boards have honestly gone off the deep end. The new generation of weenie is completely detached from reality. People actually bought into the NAM maps showing 16” of snow. 5-10 years ago people weren’t falling for that crap

    Go back and read this thread for yourself. Same old story for you man. Meteorology over models. I’d say this is a learning experience for many but weenies never learn. Some think it’s cute but I think it’s pretty annoying.

    Most of the veterans on the board (other than metfan) have known what this was for a week. A few inches of slop for the city and coast at best. We all knew it was a marginal airmass with east winds over warm waters. maybe next time the veterans will get a bit more respect and set a precedent for the rest of the winter

    Notwithstanding the models showing us getting a decent event, I’m still skeptical about the BL temps. Still think 2” of slop is our ceiling.

    Shows above freezing up to central Ma. I doubt they go to rain. kuchera and Snow depth show accum for city and coast now. I have no clue what tot expect here.

    It’s looking more interesting that’s for sure. City streets may stay wet. Outer boroughs may be able to get some snow. very interesting for LI north shore now. Very rough forecast. 1-5”?
