  1. 0.09, just put on the sprinklers. Might as well get a solid watering in while the ground is already damp
  2. You were just chilling outside in the rain all day? Just standing there getting wet?
  3. Really? Staying inside all weekend? You enjoy being inside year round?
  4. But warm and dry during the week. 70s Monday to Wednesday. Weekend around 60 and rain. Probably will be nice again next week.
  5. Absolutely horrendous pattern now. 50 and muck. Next weekend looks cool and wet again. It’s ridiculous at this point.
  6. 64 earlier. Was a nice morning for the kids sports and some work on the boat. 55 and cloudy now.
  7. More muck. 53 and cloudy.
  8. High of 73 here. Congrats Jersey
  9. 70 here, that map is off
  10. The park 79, Kennedy 63. Yikes.
  11. Pesky cloud deck. Sunny extreme north shore and mid 60s, stuck at 61 here.
  12. 60s in southern Canada, 50s here. Brutal haha
  13. Stuck in the muck this morning and 53, 40s out east. Nasty stuff
  14. Multiple days of upper 60s and low 70s on the island while Boston, E CT stuck in the 50s. Very rare to see. Boston still sitting at 50 lol. Absolutely brutal
  15. Helluva way to run a cool down. 69 today, headed to low 70s. Beautiful
  16. Crazy gradient in CT with this pattern. usually our weather on Long Island is similar to NE for the most part, but for whatever reason it’s been much much warmer here than points Ne. Usually we get back doored when NE does, can’t believe Ne still in the muck.
  17. Yea JFK at 67 on a SE wind. Perfect outside right now
  18. Turned into a beautiful day. Clear blue skies. Upton forecasted showers and 58, currently sunny and 65. edit: Upton changed forecast to 67 and partly sunny lol
  19. Temp popped to 65, backdoor fail.
  20. What about the existing homeowners? My father lives inland in a house built in 2008. His rates have sky rocketed. He supposed to rebuild his house? After Rita he had to get a new roof put on, cost him $70k, insurance covered most of it. His rates still went up. For people on a fixed income the increases are an issue.
  21. One bad hurricane season and Florida will see a mass exodus. Insurance rates are already the highest in the country and increase 30% per year. Not sure how the state can handle another big one, insurance companies will just stop writing policies.
  22. Not sure how you do it up there in NNE. Was on top of Mount Mitchell in NC last week and it was still stick season up there too. Depressing in late April. 85 on Long Island today and other than oaks, most trees are leading out.
