    The newark sensor is not even at the airport…it’s located in an adjacent property over grass. Read that statement again. next, much of the city and NE NJ is a concrete jungle, so the readings are representative of the area.

    Sure, but this wasn’t a call for hit or miss showers. Upton sounding the alarm for area wide 2”+ rainfall and hoisting FFW for the entire area. Let’s see what happens tonight.

    Does that really matter for us? The ground is soaked and the foliage is lush. More rain means more mosquitoes in August.
