    Need to watch the freezing rain threat Wednesday morning. This is getting over looked especially with the cold dome of air in place.

    It’s not a transferring low so I think that gap will fill in for the piedmont. Mtns and foothills get snow as is anyway but I think for piedmont, that fills in for them as well.

    Already has been a pretty good winter here and it’s mid Jan. 15+ inches of snow and 3 ice storms. More than MA or NE for that matter.

    Yeah they were forecasted to get this. I love getting snow when it’s not in the forecast. Something about it.

    Moderate snow here in Marion right now. The weather year that keeps on giving. This snow was not in the forecast.

    Been a historical weather year here the past 12 months. 105+ inches of rain, over 15 inches of snow this winter, and 3 ice storms. Oh it’s just January.

    12Z ICON much snowier as it runs a weak low along the gulf with big arctic high to the north. Really picking up on CAD now.
