Funny how they have all of Broome and most of Delaware counties in the 8-12 range but they left them out of the 8-12 watch statement for the CNY zones.
BGM also issuing a WSW for Eastern southern tier and catskills though 5-10 is only a 7.5" average and doesn't meet the 9" avg/24 hour criteria. Definitely pretty marginal.
Albany hoisting WSW for Capital District north. Definitely a bit balsy on the southern extent at this juncture I'd say, though an eventual WWA is atleast a near lock.

My BGM prediction fwiw: Long duration WSW along the BUF border from central southern tier northeast thru finger lakes to Oneida County.
Eastern southern tier and catskills left out for now due to mixing uncertainty and lack of sufficient overrunning precip on Monday to justify earlier start time/longer duration criteria.
