it was in 1943 tho, the site was at a completely different location that radiated well
more impressive record lows for time of year there:

not too surprising considering how we started with a low launching pad
might take until 20z-21z to get there but still thinking some of the torch spots hit 98-99
OTOH I'd think we see some 90 by 9 action tmrw
that output would prob need 25-26+ at 850?
Highest temp I ever recorded back in shrewsbury was 99.5 on 7/21/11. Hottest day of all time out there is prob 7/4/1911 when ORH (old site) at comparable elevation to mby got to 102. I’d bet hot saturday was similar maybe a tick cooler. Would be incredible to beat that record by 4-5 degrees.
^ I’m sure the clearing will get to about ORH in an hr and then we see the low lvl junk wedged against the terrain. Takes the rest of the afternoon to get breaks in the overcast and then nighttime. At least we got the weekend?
