This usually isn’t something we would normally say on here but marginal right now is ok considering one of the themes this winter has been high temperatures projected too high several times this year. Especially the last couple of weeks. .

I get that euro was likely not going to happen that we saw the other day but it was also not likely for it to warm 30 degrees and move a storm a thousand miles in one 6 Hr window the very next mod that ran after the 3’ of snow it was showing. .

Seems like the last couple of years the Euro has been better 7-10 days out than 3-5 days out. .

It’s definitely a NW event now. As soon as the showers make it to Knox Co they dry up. Need higher lapse rates or a trigger. Don’t see Knoxville getting much out of this now. .

The cut off on that snow line is not in a great place for us in lower elevations. Would rather see it several 100 miles south of where it is. .
