  1. I know we look at the WRF for fun or confirmation to other mods but they have done well this year. They handled the Christmas Eve storm really nice. It was the only mods that had the lollipop over N Knox Co of 5-6” and it nailed it. Also this last storm it was consistent saying the valley wasn’t getting much of anything and we didn’t. .
  2. They have an inch in my area and that didn’t happen .
  3. Nice looking blob coming out of Union Co coming towards Knox Co. snowing pretty good at my house again. .
  4. You know... it almost looks like a deform band trying to develop over the eastern Valley. Flow is backing out of the NE .
  5. I got a good dusting at the most but my mom in Powell (Clinton Hwy) got over an inch. I’m at 33 degrees and she is 35 [emoji2369] .
  6. RadarScope if trusted is starting to change over in my area. .
  7. I believe this is several hours early according to MRX time line .
  8. After it started raining the temp fell a couple of degrees .
  9. I’m worried about that also but they didn’t have that south of Nashville either. .
  10. That should slide up the valley towards Knoxville .
  11. Guy sent me a video of heavy snow falling in Franklin south of Nashville .
  12. So checking some temps New Found Gap is 30, Ober Gatlinburg had a high of 41 but they have fallen to 33, I’m at 38. So it doesn’t look like we are getting a ton of WAA in the higher elevations. .
  13. Wouldn’t be surprised to have flurries above 3k feet in that band. .
  14. Thinking out loud here.... didn’t we have a similar setup several years ago with a rain/snow/rain ULL predictions but north of 40, downsloping and a NE surface wind caused a CAD in the valley up against the Cumberland Plateau that kept most of it snow? Seems like I ended up with 8” in N Knox Co. .
