    Around 19ish in Knoxville .

    All the PWS around my house are reporting 18-19 degrees. Already below NWS and TWC app low temps. .

    That’s a pretty big jump to be honest. Need 2 more jumps like that to allow for it to trend back NW in the 11th hour. .

    2015 was when school was out for 2 weeks. I work for KCS as a HVAC tech since 2001. Seems like during those 2 weeks we had more than one storm. In 93’ I was a Jr at Powell HS. Cannot remember how long we were out though. What’s crazy is in February of 93’ we had a tornado outbreak that destroyed about 15-20 hours less than a mile from my house. It was a long track tornado going from Oak Ridge to Fountain City. Crossed interstate 75 at Emory Rd exit. .

    It was either 2018 or 15. I cannot remember but I 100% remember the setup and what actually happened. Ober Gatlinburg had rain with mid 40’s. I’m 10 miles N of Knoxville and never broke freezing, ended up with 4-8” of snow and a little sleet. .

    I was just talking about that event in this thread I believe. Might have been 2018 but I can’t remember. I ended up with about 8” of snow .

    Will give the NAM credit for the Christmas Eve storm. Seems like it was the most steady mod and the most aggressive but at the same time all of the mods basically had the same forecast overall. Seems like the Euro was the last one to join in. .

    Believe it or not the sun broke out in Knoxville .

    Not in love with those ensembles if you are in the eastern valley. They are a little better for me since I’m due north of Knoxville. .

    My daytime high is supposed to be 30. It’s 22-23 degrees at noon. Don’t see it going up much if any. .
