  1. Couple of more photos from Powell. This was just a little bit of the damage as it was widespread in a 5 mile radius. .
  2. Looks like you might have a hailer in your area. Regardless that’s some heavy rain. .
  3. Also this was a couple of roads over from my moms house. The tree damage was substantial. .
  4. This is on campus. They got around 5-6” .
  5. My mom was under that cell. She lives in Powell at Emory Rd and Clinton Hwy. The doppler radar est” they have been giving is several inches light. Her rain gauge had 8” in it. 5-6” came from that cell in around 2 hours. She lives on the side of a hill so no worries of flooding but just down the road there were several water rescues. She hasn’t had power since 9pm. I was on the edge of it and the lightning was incredible. .
  6. Got a monsoon this morning in Knoxville .
  7. Anyone having issues with notifications on Tapatalk? .
  8. MCS moving out of Missouri looks good for this afternoon in ETn. Lots of wind damage reports coming in and even some hail. My lawn is a few days from being toast. .
  9. Some really big hail right over Egwani golf course .
  10. This storm yesterday SE of Nashville never got a warning but looked good. .
  11. Some of those storms that moved north of Knoxville into SE Kentucky had a pretty solid spin to them. Storm this morning in Western Virginia is pretty tight but the radar is probably having issues with the terrain. .
  12. Another 1.5” yesterday and it looks like a brief line of heavy showers will push through before noon this morning. Should be good for a couple of weeks now. .
  13. 1.75” at my house. Really needed this bad .
  14. Not in our area but baseball size hail in Richmond Ky yesterday .
  15. Already getting dark spots in my lawn. Applied moisture manager and iron yesterday. .
  16. Looking like severe weather is possible tomorrow afternoon. I-40 looks to be on the southern edge of the boundary and with the storm motion to the SE, will not be surprised if the southern end of the MCS has rotating supercells. MRX is saying Cams are showing anywhere from 2k to 4k joules with a inverted V mid level profile. Forcing will be weak but there will be boundaries to the SE of the convection that tracked across SE Kentucky. .
  17. Storm absolutely destroyed this house last week in N Knoxville off Merchants Dr, Inskip area. .
