    Looks like a changeover is pretty close over in Powhattan, The Gooch, and maybe Western Hanover.

    Sitting at 36 here in Midlo. going to need a temperature drop to feel good about any accumulations.

    Looks like if you start down 288 in Short Pump tonight you’ll be in heavy snow. By the time you reach Midlothian turnpike it’ll be mostly a mix, then down where it connects to 95 you could be in rain.

    Man, that's a brutal cut off in basically my back yard here in Midlothian.

    I can't think of a snow storm in this area that ever followed what was forecasted. 80% bust to 20% boom ratio. Richmond is always a mixed bag.

    I used to live up in Herndon and spent some time in Fairfax. The main thread was fun to follow then because everyone lived within a 30 mile radius of each other. Now that I’m down here, I giggle when we get more snow than them. I laugh maniacally when Leesburg gets shut out.

    This is some really nice snow. Not even worried about the accumulation, it's just nice to watch fall.

    Just checked the back porch, and there are rain drop spots on it, but not currently raining yet.

    47/25 in my back yard. Really warm. Going to need that precip to drop the temperature quick when it gets here.

    Every now and thing, big flakes mix back in with the sleet here in Midlo and get me excited, but then it quickly goes back to pure sleet.

    I’m still at 32 with a 26 dew point. Temp probably drops to about 28 when the precip comes in heavier.
