  1. One of the Birmingham NWS mets was on twitter saying that the NAM 3KM rarely produced realistic convection in the SE.
  2. Unless I missing something, he doesn’t seem to think this will be a high end out break.
  3. Who had the tornado of the day in north East Arkansas?
  4. My parents house wasnt even under a marginal risk in southwest missouri today, and they got golfball sized hail.
  5. It hailed at my house at least 4 times last night and I think it might have been the most exciting weather of the entire winter.
  6. Probably pushing close to an inch here. Roads are all covered
  7. I guess we didn’t learn our lesson this week, so Mother Nature is going to show us again this coming week
  8. I think tulsa is light years better than SGF in general, but their winter weather forecasting isn't great. That warning never made sense.
  9. I think anyone here can throw darts at the forecast and be as accurate as SGF is.
  10. SGF cancelled the warning over 15 hours early. What a complete and total bust.
  11. Ended up in the 3-6’’+ warning, and going to finish with about a dusting. That was fun. Bring on severe weather season. This is a joke. Until it actually proves that it can snow here, there really isn’t any reason to pay attention. Climate change has ruined winter in this area.
  12. Starting to think this 3” snow drought may be permanent
  13. I will be very surprised if this breaks the 3’’ snow fall drought in Springfield.
  14. Still all rain in republic. That’s very concerning.
  15. Noticed that the low tonight in Joplin is 33.... its currently 32 there.
  16. Unless something changes over the next few hours, I don't see how the GFS can be right.
  17. Yep. I don't think I would write this off in NWA yet. Ice/sleet looking most likely, but I think this has surprise potential down there.
  18. Gonna get a decent mixed bag down there. Advisory for 1-3'' snow and up to .2'' ice. Could be worse.
