  1. No KLWX tomorrow. Down for turn table maintenance or something.
  2. @usedtobe is famous for saying, "epic drought is cured by epic flood"
  3. Good old Euro long term QPF maximum. Too bad that isn't over us.
  4. Stop. I can only take so much boredom and 34 and drizzle.
  5. Until other globals get in on this, I'll remain doubtful. Euro long range QPF has been dubious of late.
  6. Not even wet under the bushes and cars. Total fail.
  7. Here's the redirect https://www.wrh.noaa.gov/map/?obs=true&center=39.086646,-77.257755&density=1&zoom=11obs_type=precip&precip_interval=24&basemap=OpenStreetMap&boundaries=true,false&obs_popup=true
  8. For those of your unaware: https://www.spc.noaa.gov/exper/archive/event.php?date=20130613
  9. Season's going to be a dud. You can just feel it. If we had a closed low over Kentucky or Tennessee, maybe things would be interesting but this is just garbage. My pool isn't even 65 degrees.
  10. Firmly believe the CAMs displace heavy rainfall too far south and west. Everything was pronged over us but it ended up over Delmarva and Philly. Always bet on the last minute north and east trend.
  11. Pathetic event start to finish. Just wanted a half inch of rain.
  12. Cell near TBWI looks interesting.
  13. Tornado Warning for york county, pa. Looks like some broad attempts at circulation by the delmarva cells.
  14. Rain bust for I-95 it seems.
  15. Euro seems to be really bad a precip maximums of late in the east coast of US. Wonder if the folks on the other side of the pond tweaked something?
  16. Maybe the Atlantic basin is starting to wake up?
  17. Was just trying to make a joke about snow.
  18. Unless we can get some backend smoke, this event looks to be over. Hope everyone enjoyed theirJebwalk in the haze.
  19. Spoke with a met at work who specializes in pollution of all things. They said in a briefing today you really need the equivalent of about 0.25" of rain before the air is cleaned out.
  20. Been pretty neat to watch this all unfold on the ny mesonet lidar profilers. It's like a real time hysplit.
