  1. Puking snow in Rehoboth, ground covered, roads slushy so far.
  2. Sounds like it's ripe with potential. At least we get to continue tracking, if nothing else. I would love to experience something like that in my lifetime, when I'm old enough to be aware, at least. Hopefully it wouldn't be rain like that storm was for me...
  3. You all are in rare form today. I have almost spit out my Dr. Pepper five times
  4. So you do still feel that it's a 2 week or so window. I know there's been lots of talk about the look. Not looking as good as it initially did. So to know that it's an opportunity for multiple threat Windows is encouraging.
  5. My biggest fear for the lowlands would be a wound up system that's mainly rain east of 95. Obviously that's also climo favored this late in the season as well.
  6. I gotta say, for a young un, you're pretty on point with the memes
  7. Gotta enjoy it while it falls. This has been a great winter compared to climo at least for me, especially with expectations going in. If we can score one more next week, it'll be fantastic.
  8. Thanks for the shoutout...but its technically Slower Lower lol....they switched them to sell "LSD" merchandise a few years ago..
  9. Radio at work actually did the EAS tone for this. Good thing I already sent everyone an email this morning
  10. Oh absolutely. Just a few people letting snow control their emotions lol. Weathers gonna weather.
  11. Yes this one has been an emotional rollercoaster. I think I'm in a good spot to get a nice dumping again. It all gets washed away by rain the next day anyway. Just have to appreciate it while it falls
  12. And like I was saying, most of us allow everyone else to gloat when they get buried and we get 40 and rain. Weather is going to weather, it doesn't care about our feelings. I enjoy it when it goes the way I want it to, and I do my best to ignore it when it doesn't lol
  13. Hey, I tried to go to bat for y'all, and I'm up on the Delmarva! Lol. I've started checking out this thread for analysis that is more relevant to me. The maps they post cut me off to the east the maps you guys post cut me off to the north! LOL. But at least we share the same issues with mixing and temp issues in most storms. We also tend to all cash in at the same time. Usually if I'm getting it, you guys are too.
  14. I've been around since 2003 on these boards, I can remember a time before regions lol. Was better discussion, but also worse regional trolling.
  15. Which is probably why you're mad . I'm just saying them and myself have to sit through pages and pages of elated, gloating and backslapping. When you all are getting buried by a run that leaves us with 40° rain. So sometimes turnabout is fair play. Yes, it's odd that the last couple years have been that more often than not, but maybe it's just a karmic reload
  16. They are still part of the subform and you need to recognize that. Edit: as a matter of fact, the reason Randy is mentioning RIC so much is because people in the RIC thread were getting annoyed that they were being completely overlooked in the main thread. And he promised to start mentioning Ric more often in the main thread so people wouldn't have to guess and extrapolate based on IMBY comments on what was going on
  17. Main thread is like a funeral which is hilarious because a lot of them still get a warning level. Snowfall. Definitely looks like it could be good for some of us, even if it does get washed away by rain a day or two later I will take whatever falls and be happy.
  18. If someone wouldn't mind shedding some light...isnt the ridge axis too far west? or does the HL block provide enough of a suppressive flow to prevent tracking inland/up?
  19. Would it really accumulate well at that rate?
