  1. Heavy band of rain now moving toward the West Shore. Radar has really improved for a lot of the LSV over the past 2 hours. That band is heavier than what's falling in the Philly area.
  2. I think they'll play. Tomorrow's game is a 4:05 start, to play 2 they'll have to move that game back and start tonight's game at 12:30-1:00 or make it a twi-nighter. And they don't want to lose the revenue from a single admission.
  3. Ah yes, I knew he was all star starter worthy but didn't remember if he got the nod or not.
  4. Is that official? I have tickets for tonight and don't see it on their website. Would it be a split DH or single admission?
  5. Yep, and that area is growing in size and intensity as it moves up right into the city. ABC27 taking it on the chin again.
  6. Who was the last starting pitcher in the MLB All Star game from Pittsburgh? They got themselves one this year. https://x.com/Pirates/status/1811786318034112879?ref_src=twsrc^google|twcamp^serp|twgr^tweet
  7. Must not be raining at MU - 78 degrees there, 71 here in Maytown.
  8. I literally started laughing as I read this - I know your fondness for ABC27 - that Brett Thackera dude just said yesterday that he thought the next heat wave would be bone dry. LOL!
  9. I have had rain falling for 3 hours this morning. In those 3 hours I've picked up .05" total. Obviously, anything that is protected by trees, etc. is bone dry but open areas are getting a very slow drink. I agree that it doesn't look promising out your way. I'm sorry. I have tickets to the Phillies game tonight. There's a lot of moisture heading towards south Philly. With the A's in town they're going to do everything they can to get this game in. I'm not sure I'm invested enough to make the trip down later. I don't feel like dealing with flash flooding later tonight.
  10. You're in a nice little area of clearing right now - eastern half of Cumberland County looking good:
  11. I'm at 0.04" now. Very, very light rain falling here. Decent amount of blue skies remain.
  12. It's already stopped. Got .03" from that small line that went through.
  13. Red Sox are playing better than anyone in the division and it's not close. I was at the Orioles game tonight. What a listless team. Nothing like last year, honestly the Red Sox sort of remind me of the 2022 Orioles. Young and very exciting.
  14. We talked about it our entire trip. I was fully prepared to melt. And full transparency- some of those days likely were in the at least the low 90s. I wasn't there to keep record keeping. LOL. I do remember talking to my parents back home here and many days were hotter here than Orlando. We also went in mid-September a few years before that...it was hot and humid for sure but we did just fine.
  15. I usually go to Florida in the off-season but spent 2 weeks there in August 2012. It was cooler with identical humidity in Orlando than it was here. Lots of days in the upper 80s.
  16. If it happened as this map depicted, you can laugh all you want as long as a storm in January dropped 15" on my yard while you got 4".
  17. Mt. Holly pulled the trigger on Flood Watches for most of their area, including East Nantmeal.
  18. Thank you for 2 things: 1. Posting that - appreciate the data 2. My comment - I actually meant to say for me "at or above 95" - I will edit my post.
