    Good news is...those are all pretty bad models on the verification charts I believe - one of them has to be right this time. :) I miss going to City Island - when the boys were younger I had a 12 game plan. I think I've only been up once in the past 3-4 seasons. By the way, we're going to the Detroit game in Pittsburgh. My son wants to have a better chance of seeing the Steelers win.

    Wow, after hitting 87 earlier, temps have been falling quickly as the wind increases. Down to 72 now, last night at this time it was 84.

    87 here now - going to be a close call in the run at 90. I'll disagree with you a little and state that I'd prefer it to be about 20 degrees lower.

    Grass really started turning yesterday. I'm watering the crap out of my veggies and flowers. I really see little hope for rain as far as I can see. It might be a long summer...

    @Bubbler86 @TimB84 CTP's own AFD doesn't really support their going forecast. The discussion is filled with talk about increasing threats for showers/convection over the weekend. Hmm.

    CTP going with full sun and 92 here this weekend. Nothing but Sunny/Mostly Sunny for as far out as they go.

    I was sweating walking to my car this morning. Today feels like an 88 kind of day - not sure we'll hit 90, but I feel like overachieving today.

    For the life of me, I do not understand why more emphasis has not been placed on drafting a QB (legit one) for the past several years. I'd love to know what their plan is.

    I dunno - we'll see. Your opinion is just as valid as any right now. I think if he devotes himself to this he's a Pro Bowler in the making, but we could have said that about a lot of players coming out of college. I think if had played collegiately in Austin you'd be singing a different tune.

    Speaking of football - I'm going to the Steelers-Bengals game this year. Last year was the first time I wasn't at least one Steelers home game since Heinz Field was built. It's going to feel great to be back in person this fall.
