    That's sobering. I feel like I've missed out a lot the past couple of weeks, but I've still managed to exceed 1" the past several days.

    Finished with .15" here - it took almost a full hour to get to that amount.

    Steady, but light shower is SLOWLY adding to the gauge. Sitting at .09" so far. No wind, lots of lightning and thunder. Rain has never been more than light at any point. Sort of an odd storm here.

    That cell you guys are talking about...wow. It looks impressive on radar. Also - a separate cell has formed east of Dillsburg, that looks like it's going to get the Pinchot/Roundtop area yet again...

    Heroes aren't made in the preseason, but he's doing a lot to show he belongs. I'm honestly not surprised. If he can get what's between the ears figured out, he's a decent backup.

    Picked up .12" from a brief but intense downpour last night around 11:30pm. My wife and I were outside last evening and could see lightning when the storms were out in true central PA - probably about 3 hours before they arrived. Amazing light show last night!

    At this very moment, that is my exact temp as well. My dew point is much more comfortable, checking in at 73.1

    Obviously, not very intently at all. Shame. As you and Nut pointed out, people rely on official stations for information. Knowing that this is a reality makes me feel even better that I track/record my own personal data. (not that I would ever assume that what I receive would match LNS or MDT anyway)
