You're in a low elevation, aren't you? After getting down to 25 yesterday morning, my low last night was 30.2. Seems the low spots cooled off better last night.

That's good news. My temp is rising...was 33.8 at 9pm, it's up to 36.1 now.

Full, midday April sun and the temp is only very slowly inching up...34.3 here now. Just a 1 degree rise over the past 90 minutes.

Nothing here overnight as far as snowfall but I did drop to 25.2 and am sitting at 33.3 currently.

32.9 here now.

Thanks for asking, you have a better memory than I do! We're spending a weekend in 2 weeks. Just the 2 of us. Whole family heads to OBX in June.

Totally agree with both of you. Lots more could be said, but I hijacked this discussion enough. Back to the weather.

The whole "posting about spring weather in their March Long Range Discussion" thread seemed to be in really bad taste to me, and I agree 100% with @losetoa6 on that issue. Couple of facts about that: They had an established Spring 2021 thread - why not post spring thoughts in that thread? The Long Range thread, whether they'll admit it or not, was more or less all about winter weather threats anyway. Go back through 2020 and you'll quickly notice that there was no long range monthly thread in April, May, June, July, August, September. Why is that? Coincidence? I'm happy for Losetoa6. He's been on an island down there and took a lot of sarcasm...good for him to reap some reward.

Also - kind of cool to see the temp slowly drop all afternoon...it was 45.4 at noon, now down to 41.1

In the past 90 minutes, had a light rain shower that slowly transitioned to graupel, and then finally mixed with a few parachutes. Not sure if I would have seen the snow but was walking along the river at the time...wife spotted it first, so kudos to her!

I think it was the HRRR that was picking up on that yesterday. Let us know when you come back in from shoveling.

43/30 here and Partly Sunny. Picked up an additional .23" of rain overnight, .43" total for the event.

Something needs to happen, and it needs to happen now. Disgraceful isn't strong enough to describe a blowout loss to a 6 win team. You'd think after what happened Monday night that this team would come out and put away the Sabres early. Instead, they get embarrassed. I literally felt sick watching them tonight.

I make 2 trips to Pittsburgh every year...one weekend at PNC Park and then a fall weekend to see the Steelers. Almost always stay at the Sheraton at Station Square. PNC Park is fabulous - of the 17 current MLB parks it ranks #1 in my book.

Both of those at the expense of the Orioles.
