  1. I don't know who is more annoying- Angelo or Howard. Not only is Howard annoying, he's crass as well.
  2. Must have been some river cooling going on. I reached 97.
  3. Rain crossing the river JUST south of the HBG near New Cumberland. Looks like most of it will split Harrisburg and MDT.
  4. Just hit 97. Will likely be the high for here as well. A few cells around the HBG area right now, but nothing imminent in this area.
  5. Thank you for checking. I'm pretty certain the heat wave I'm thinking of was July 1995. That river must have cooled them off efficiently that night.
  6. Do you or anyone else remember the year? It was record breaking heat from what I remember. Maybe it was the year of their highest recorded temp?
  7. There was a year in maybe the mid 1990s that I reached 108. I didn't keep heat records specifically, but there was a stretch of weather where we were well over 100 for multiple days, and on a couple my low was in the mid 80s as I recall.
  8. 92 here now. Can't wait for the real heat tomorrow.
  9. I was in Florida at the time (Walt Disney World) and watched the game at ESPN over at the Boardwalk. The game of missed field goals...
  10. Thanks for posting the information. So many great little places in PA to explore.
  11. @Bubbler86 so interesting after I made the comment the other day regarding haze...you're right, the sky the past 2 days has been decidedly more hazy.
  12. 84 with Hazy sun. @mahantango#1when is the Pillow Carnival? I saw a sign that said "Carnival Parking" on Googlemaps. Might be worth a trip up there. In all honesty, it looks like a gorgeous area at the foot of the mountains to the north. My wife and I love to visit quaint little places.
  13. I had to go back and watch it a 17th time before I noticed the guy...
  14. I deleted my post. It was Freezing Bubbler, not you. My bad.
  15. Whoops! It was Bubbler that got to 64. Sorry! 82 here now.
  16. Caldwell Jones...Clint Richardson...Earl Cureton...Franklin Edwards... Ah, the memories!
  17. Unsung here of those years was Bobby Jones. What an incredible defender and unselfish player he was.
  18. Congrats to those who had lows in the 60s this morning - my lowest reading was 72.6.
  19. 1983. What memories! Graduated from high school PSU wins the National Championship 76ers win the NBA finals Orioles win the World Series And 3 of those 4 haven't happened since.
