  1. Yep, now it's up to the state, counties, etc., right? Interestingly enough, Philadelphia and Allegheny counties are currently amongst the lowest in the state for rolling 7 day confirmed cases. Is that due to higher vaccination rates in those areas? I mean...Philly is running REALLY low on cases right now, which is excellent to see. Some of the highest spots in the state are in more rural areas...
  2. I'll take it for one week while I'm at the beach. Otherwise, yeah - leave the room please.
  3. I want no part of 90s, but it's going to come eventually. I'd love to keep those 70s around for a while longer.
  4. As long as it's not hot - I agree with you. The only thing good about cold these days is that it's not hot. I'll sign up for 70s gladly.
  5. Actually, according to ESPN, all 7 that tested positive were fully vaccinated. At least they're asymptomatic to this point.
  6. I'm radiating pretty efficiently this evening, already down to 54. I just saw that, and it is big news. Sigh. I just don't know what to think...
  7. River JUST crested here less than 1.5' below the action stage - pretty remarkable considering that down here, we haven't had much rain. Everything that you've received over the past week or so, just came downstream through here.
  8. Got up to 71 today. It's a delightful 67 here just past 7pm.
  9. 67.3 here - feels even warmer in the sun. I'm very comfortable to almost a little warm.
  10. Well...one issue is the clothing. WAY overdressed for a day like today. It's a t shirt and shorts day out here.
  11. 63.1 and spectacular at 1pm. Perfect day to work outside.
  12. Beautiful indeed - not much rain in sight though. For those of us that didn't get much last week, I'll be spending a lot of time watering my flowers and veggies.
  13. As a father who just spent years watching his kids in spring high school sports, I can tell you that we've had many very cold and windy Aprils lately. Maybe May has turned hot, but we watched a lot of very cold April baseball games...
  14. What a beautiful morning! Sunny, 51 and the sky is a blue. Going to be a great day to get outside.
  15. Last year I had gas but no toilet paper to deal with the problem - now I have toilet paper sitting around because of a lack of gas...
  16. You are correct, and I completely forgot a big storm on the 12th that dropped over a 1' here. Thanks for bringing that up, without looking at my records, I had forgotten about that.
  17. So...yeah. Some things are better left alone. I was grumbling a little over the weekend about rain, or the lack thereof, and my wife reminded me of what happened last year when we went to the Outer Banks in early June. (we're returning once again this year) 10" of rain over the first 4 days of our week's vacation. I'm totally satisfied with all of the rain we received this past week. It was more than enough...
  18. I know that every winter Horst talks about February being Lancaster's snowiest month on average...and we had snow this past February. The last big ones that I remember in February were the 2 in 2010 - and that's all I remember since 2003 or 2004.
  19. I wonder if the long-term averages will change over time on that - most big snows over the past decade or so have all seemed to fall in March, January, and December by my memory. February has been a poor snow month (at least big snows) for some time now.
  20. I'll check when I get home...I think I'm higher than that, though.
  21. My expectations were exceptionally low - once I saw the track of the LP, I knew I was cooked. It's hard not to inherently place trust in them - I saved myself a lot of frustration and disappointment during the winter once I stopped relying on models several years ago.
  22. Exactly what I got yesterday...I got .28" for the weekend.
  23. We shall see- sun is out here, heading for the river trail now.
  24. Finished with .03" of rain. Cloudy, a few breaks in the sky emerging and sitting at 50.0 degrees. (It did drop from 52 down to 47 during my 40 minutes of light rain, but temps are starting to rise again.)
