    Just got out of meetings. What exactly happened? I thought the fan reaction to the Seahawk injury was fine.

    Was 48 when I went to bed at midnight. Woke up 6 hours later and it's 50.

    Yep...same guy. Steelers cut him as soon as Boz was healthy. Matthew's "fall back" occupation is with NASA. He's doing pretty well for himself either way. LOL

    Lancaster county's Matthew Wright (Lampeter-Strasburg) kicked a 54 yard field goal today with 3 minutes left to tie the Jags with the Fish, then ended the game with a 53 yarder to win it. My son played baseball against him the whole way up through school.

    That's a great point. People take inventory of their homes prior to leaving for the big game and decide what they'll need inside the stadium. Gone are the days of grabbing the foam seat cushions and a light jacket. (okay, that was never me) Now we think about what we're going to use as projectiles.

    Penn State was certainly in control last week. And agreed about Iowa getting what they deserved...I was a diehard Boilermaker today. lol

    Yes, there were no storms. Just a little very light shower that has produced a whopping .04" in 2 hours of duration.

    So, so often on days with frontal passages are when we see the biggest bust is plus temperature departures. It happens all 12 months - I remember so many winter days waiting for a cold front to arrive to "preserve the pack" when the high is projected to be 38 while it's actually 46 with full sun. Today happens a lot.

    Bubbler, I made it to 79.2 before the clouds moved in. Down to 76 now. So close!

    76 here now. It's very warm, very breezy, and very humid.

    Yep. Skies are completely clear overhead but a bank of high clouds are moving in from the west. Looks like the NAM's depiction of upper 70s is going to be pretty accurate.
