Oh my yes! Mid November to the end of the year is my absolute favorite time of the year for many reasons, but very early darkness is right at the top. To me, early sunset = wintery feel.
I'm going out on a limb and saying no - there is a fair amount of cloudiness out there and I'm not sure we'll have optimal conditions to radiate a lot overnight.
I'm at 36 right now which is 4 degrees below last night at this time when I got down to 30, so there's that.
I know with high confidence that the individual on a ventilator is not vaccinated. I can't speak to the rest, even working in HR a lot of information is confidential and limited to just a few folks. (understandable)
Yep, saw that earlier today. Things seem to be regressing once again. Found out yesterday that we have 9 people out with positive cases, one on a ventilator that isn't expected to make it more than another day or so. That individual is in their 20s.
Speaking of rain yesterday - we had .01" at home, but .23" here at work 12 miles south. I left work at 5pm yesterday with mist still falling, by the time I got home it was mostly clear. Rained pretty much the entire day at work.
2 more for me - first one is after work today because I've been working crazy hours and my grass needs cut, and then one more prior to the first snow so that I have the shortest grass in the 'hood.
Depends on how much sun we get during the day, how long it stays close to that temp, and how many nights it's THAT cold. If we have like a 42/19 split with full sun during the day...probably not.
Hey, I posted the maps for 2 reasons:
1) It was requested for me to do so.
2) It was a winter forecast from a pro met. I thought it was at least worth a read.
