  1. Picked up an even .10" of rain overnight - the MJ Snowman rules supreme! Congrats to the M/D line gang for your bonafide rain event - nice to see areas where it was needed most jackpot.
  2. I was thinking of you and your recent posts. At least this wasn't a damage-inflicting storm.
  3. 2 kernels of popcorn to note - there are showers near and east of Dillsburg and just west of Pillow. Both locations have been consistently scoring the past several weeks.
  4. That breeze feels mighty good! Temp is up to 85 here.
  5. That's spot on work my friend - my highest 10 minute interval was between 7:07 and 7:17 last evening when .83" fell.
  6. Definitely not hot, my dewpoint is 68 though. Breeze and clouds help make it feel nice.
  7. I thought my area maximized on that line that went through - I only had rain for 30 minutes and got over the 2" mark during that time. The southern half to 2/3rds of the county got into an additional band that came out of Maryland and kept the rain cranking for a few hours, hence the super lofty totals.
  8. You did very well and I'm thrilled for you. Regardless of timing in regards to yards and vegetation, this is still water in the ground table. That's a plus.
  9. Just back from dinner out - received 2.01" of rain in 30 minutes, 2.54" for the day, 2.80" of rain since yesterday. No to little wind, some lightning and thunder. Big news here very clearly was the water...that's a lot of rain in 30 minutes.
  10. That's exactly my point - to me it looks like our area might overperform compared to other areas.
  11. I see a lot of pretty colors down in Birdland that have eyes on Lanco - I think we're far from out of this game yet.
  12. 'tis the season to get mixed up in a tropical Cyclone...
  13. Okay, reading your vivid description led me to this infamous memory:
  14. Sun, blue skies, some dark clouds and a tropical shower here at work. It looks and feels like central Florida out there.
  15. I think I'm good. I can't begin to tell you how free I feel to be clear of financial stress and burden. It's humbling. I think the most satisfying thing for me personally is we accomplished this on my income only for the entirety of our marriage. My wife quit her "paying" job a week prior to our wedding years ago.
  16. Job security is somewhat tenuous right now, truly grateful that I owe no one any money at all outside of utility companies.
  17. .26" for me yesterday, .44" since midnight. 2 day running total at .70" I'll pass on the tornado threat. Paid off my house and became 100% debt free last week, I'd like to keep things intact now.
  18. Partly sunny here at work, pouring at home. Wife says the gauge is changing numbers rapidly...
  19. @Newman as always, great info. Thank you for posting!
  20. I'm working on getting Mike Trout to post here. He is a huge weather weenie.
