  1. Just ticked up a notch to 81 here with sunny skies.
  2. I'm at 80 now. I'm not keen on 80 tomorrow but I'm not ready to dismiss it just yet. A slight delay in the front by an hour or two is the difference between 73 and 80 or so. (as you alluded to)
  3. Millersville Weather Center all in this morning on today's heat: It’s another mild, albeit comfortable, morning at @millersvilleu. Clouds will give way to mostly sunny skies by late morning, and temperatures will jump to near record-breaking levels this afternoon. Our high of ~ 84 degrees will approach the record of 86, set way back in 1920!
  4. That was clearly checked in time. Had to make that split decision call from 100' away...
  5. Also...what a horrible call to end the Giants-Dodgers series. Shame it ended that way. But that's baseball.
  6. My dad was stationed north of Fairbanks up near Yukon. Sun would set up there just after 2pm. Edit: I misread your post/intent, for that I apologize. I thought you were referring to Alaska...you were saying when the sun disappears where YOU live. Sorry!
  7. Maybe... I still think those of us east of the river give it a run tomorrow. Sunny and 67 here now. Temps climbing 1 degree/8 minutes over the past hour.
  8. I mean...I'm a cold weather guy obviously, but it's really hard to complain about today...
  9. Ah, the joys of earlier sunsets. Even on very warm days it's often super pleasant by early evening. Down 12 to 67 here.
  10. No, I didn't. Got up to 79.2. Felt like it was in the 80s though.
  11. 78.4 here. Can I get another degree and a half? If so, I think a 3 day stretch of 80s is quite likely. (pending Saturday's front passage timing)
  12. 77.2 now. For some reason it feels a good deal warmer than that. (Probably because it's been between 68-71 for the past 25 years it seems)
  13. Sun-splashed skies and 72. Wow! What a change walking outdoors today.
  14. 70 and cloudy. Some of the cloudiness is brighter now. That's my significant change in sensible weather.
  15. Reading OT as often as I have recently gives me zero hope on the idea of people being respectful of others. OT is a perfect example of what is wrong with the world today. Disgusting behavior.
  16. Philly fans will be ready to receive their own version of Big Ben about as well as they'd receive the Steeler's Big Ben coming into the Linc...
  17. After getting down to 59 on Monday night, only reached a low of 64 this morning. Feels a bit more humid than the past several days as well. @Bubbler86 that picture you posted from last evening was incredible. I haven't seen more than the tiniest patches of blue sky here in what seems like 2 weeks now.
  18. I think that's a fair ask. Still think there's plenty of AN temps to be had, however.
  19. Yes, that's the troubling part - and that has been a reoccurring theme for the past several years. With the weather sometimes delayed ends up being denied. (or delayed a lot more than what we'd want)
  20. Yep! I love me some dark, dreary weather but not an endless supply of them.
  21. That's sorta what I'm expecting...something like an 82-83 degree kind of day.
  22. I thought about putting my tickets up for sale as this is one of a handful of games that I'd be able to exceed face value with ease. I decided I wanted to go badly enough to keep them.
  23. Mist here at work. Coworker living a mile from our facility has a station that is recording 61.6 right now. At home it's simply cloudy and 66. Remarkable that we're running such a positive departure with our highs averaging BN. Can't recall an anomaly that has been consistent for so long.
