My wife and I have been rescuing stray cats from our area that show up at our house for years. Some we TNR, others we keep. We just had to put our beloved Rocky down Wednesday morning due to cancer. We currently have 5 cats with us. I grew up hating cats. I despised them. Today, I have the biggest (trust me) heart in the world for them. I absolutely love all of my cats.

Low in Maytown was 18, exactly what was forecast here by MU. The low (18.2) occurred at 2:17am, the temp started to rise thereafter. It's now 27 in Maytown under a mainly cloudy sky.

Wow, when was the big discrepancy? I had .33" on Monday, I sort of recall you saying you got around .30"? Tuesday night I jackpotted with .44" in about 30 minutes...but I thought you did pretty well from that as well? Yesterday my tally was 1.68" - did you only get around 1"?

James Franklin > MU if that happened. Last week he talked about hosting a playoff game and he mentioned about there likely being 16" of snow on the ground for that game.

It was brutal - sometime just after noon we started to see flurries in Maytown. I'm nervously thinking "here we go"...but they stopped 5 minutes later. It was then that I was pretty sure our fate was sealed. Looking west across the river towards York County the sky started to get bright as some clearing was moving west to east. We went to visit my wife's grandmother in New Holland and it was snowing lightly there with a light dusting on the ground. That was about the farthest west that there was much of anything visible on the ground. I spent that evening depressed, hopped on the forum and got more depressed reading the NYC forum. Pictures and video were surreal that night.
