  1. 1-3" seems to ride up to Elizabethtown, where they transition to 2-4". Honestly, if I see 2" I'll call it a win.
  2. 17 here now after a low of 6. My point and click was 2-4" last night, I've been lowered to 1-3". For those that get more, enjoy!
  3. Down to 9.7 - coldest on this station, which goes back 3 years.
  4. They are 8 games over .500 on the season. They are 2-8 when I'm in the building.
  5. Blizz, you just might pull this off. I'm rooting for you.
  6. That was the storm that CTP had Harrisburg warned for 8-12" the morning of the storm. For 2 days Horst was calling for 1-3" despite the fact that every other outlet was calling for WAY more than that. Final totals across the LSV was 1-3" until you got out to Carlisle and west.
  7. Down to 10.8 here. Probably going to be 25 degrees warmer in 24 hours.
  8. This weekend: Big snows to my N&W Next weekend: Big snows to my S&E Following weekend: Steelers win the AFC title. I was just listening to Meat Loaf's 2 Out Of 3 Ain't Bad.
  9. I saw that, panicked, and headed for Central AC command center...
  10. Interesting, I didn't see that. Something to watch for while I'm in the mid 40s. LOL
  11. 6 degrees in Buffalo right now. Doesn't seem to be bothering Josh Allen one bit.
  12. LOL. Not sure if that part verifies but if it does...
  13. That map looks like what I think will fall in the LSV.
  14. Who knows, but that looks like a solid forecast to me.
  15. 21 and mostly cloudy here - I was hoping to at least start the night with clear skies so we could radiate well. Would be the difference between say 10 and 18 tomorrow morning.
  16. Hey, you might very well be right...and I hope you are!
  17. If MDT records 4" or more of snow, I will forever refer to you as the zen of LSV snow forecasting. I believe anyone expecting (not hoping, but expecting) those totals around Harrisburg will be greatly disappointed. We shall see soon enough!
  18. So here's an honest question that maybe @MAG5035has some insight on - it does appear that it's possible that the impact could vary significantly from say Middletown to the NW part of the county. Both CTP and Mount Holly have counties broken down in watches and warnings. CTP breaks Centre, Lycoming, and I think Clinton into Southern and Northern during certain events. Might this storm be a good example to break Dauphin out?
  19. I understand...just yesterday or the day before I raised a question about something that CTP had put out. But I immediately followed up with "they're the mets, I'm just an HR guy" or something like that. It might not make sense to us looking at their maps but there's a reason for it.
  20. Perhaps they feel like the icing issue combined with total snowfall will be more significant in those areas? Regardless, it's not going to affect your ground truth either way.
