  1. Thanks! Fortunately, I don't live in Lancaster and my house is safely within the purple.
  2. Just got home from work and saw this - between 8-9" at Harrisburg and Reading with less than 1.5" at Lancaster? Could happen. Probably won't happen.
  3. I'm unclear, what's not going to verify. I simply said that was Bubbler posted was easy to understand, and made sense what he drew up.
  4. 43 here. Feels much warmer after the past several days.
  5. I keep telling myself this very thing. Such complexity overall, add in the fact it's still 72 hours out and just the slightest adjustments are going to mean a lot to our end result.
  6. That...is a great illustration. Makes complete sense given the setup. Easy to understand as well.
  7. Yes, that makes sense and I'm seeing that as well. I'm trying to figure out if we want faster or slowe progression.
  8. So...we have consensus for the sharp turn north/northwest to about our latitude before it abruptly pinballs northeast. If we slow down the whole process, would that shift the low further west or east? Do we root for faster of slower with this?
  9. Thanks @Cashtown_Coop - I was stuck on TT. Pivotal's maps are better anyways.
  10. No problem, I usually don't have time for this. I'm stuck at 72 on TT.
  11. Hour 72 SLP over central Alabama. High is hauling east fast.
  12. I was in Charlottesville recently - my first impression was pretty good...the welcome sign says "Welcome to Charlottesville Virginia - the Clearfield of Pennsylvania"
  13. I will say that one of the benefits of teaching professional development is the amount of nuggets that I learn during preparation and delivery. I tell our associates that I'm growing right along with them.
  14. MU Weather Center@MUweather The energy for the Sunday night/Monday storm is just now moving onshore in the Pac. NW, hence why it’s unwise to issue snowfall maps until tomorrow (which I will do). In terms of probabilities for LanCo: 75% chance of snow to mix to rain 25% chance of all snow (“Boom” scenario)
  15. Didn't expect to see this show up! I teach this here at work. (It's really called the Emotional Cycle of Change) I'll be happy to give a full tutorial for all those who are interested.
  16. Correct. Hopefully fears are squashed somewhat in 90 minutes.
  17. No other way to say it - it's an ugly run for me and a lot around me.
