  1. Overachieving high of 90 today. 7th time to reach that mark this year.
  2. Well... Next Wednesday would be the first full day of traditional summer. Quite a way to welcome the season.
  3. Euro is mid to high 90s by next Wednesday across the southern tier, with temps WELL over 100 down in VA.
  4. Looked to me like the GFS really dampened the thing out once it reached PA but I'm not the best model reader.
  5. I'll keep my reservation for Pinchot in late July. LOL
  6. CTP has a HWO for everyone west of the river tonight for severe thunderstorms and flooding rains. My forecast is for partly cloudy...
  7. As a dad who had 4 kids play softball or baseball, I know all too well the havoc that rains can cause. I'm sorry that the weather did in the young ladies from Marysville today but you have a great perspective for the season as a whole. Not all parents show that kind of class/sportsmanship that you did. Congrats on a great season.
  8. Very light shower just added a couple hundredths to the daily total. .42" for the day.
  9. I sure did! Everything is good and wet for now. Very nice rainfall!
  10. Picked up .40" of rain since midnight. Currently 72 and muggy.
  11. Congratulations Marysville! Here's to a great day tomorrow!
  12. A cool 58 at 11:15. It was a great evening at the backyard firepit.
  13. Surprised by how empty it looks like the upper level will be on a Saturday evening for a team with the record the Bombers have.
  14. In an hour's time the sky here has become nearly 100% clear. Enjoy the game!
  15. First sunshine of the day here now. 69 degrees.
  16. Nice shower here. .05" in the past 15 minutes.
  17. We've had a few sprinkles. Nothing more than that. Congrats on what you got.
  18. All of my drought talk was 100% in jest, though my point about things drying out quickly was not. No measurable rain here at all this morning.
  19. My POPs went down even further for tomorrow (50% this morning, down to 30% now) but went up on Sunday from 40% this morning to 70% now. Looking more and more like Sunday PM could be wet.
  20. My backyard is nearly 100% exposed to the sun from early afternoon on. Front yard has a lot of shade throughout the day. So, when it rains lightly, the front yard doesn't get wet and when it doesn't rain the backyard bakes.
  21. That's impressive. I should have logged my mowings by month and graphed it. What kind of weirdo am I?
  22. Agree about tomorrow. Reading some people's thoughts that next week could provide a couple of severe weather days. Joy.
  23. I was mowing every 3rd day just a few weeks ago. I mowed on Monday, and I'll easily make it until at least this coming Monday at this point.
  24. Good to know. We'll keep an updated tally in the dedicated thread.
