  1. First cell dropped 0.00" here. Literally fell apart at the river.
  2. Weather station about 1 mile from work is currently reading 90 - it's 86 at home and getting dark to the NW.
  3. Good stuff! Looks like it's raining now from Harrisburg on south and west.
  4. Oh for sure...honestly the biggest cell looks like it's on a field trip to see the historic district.
  5. Storms look especially beefy in the southern tier counties. A lot of rain happening or will be coming soon for a good many south of the 'Pike.
  6. Peruse as you wish: https://www.millersville.edu/weathercenter/forecasts/weather-discussion.php
  7. Severe watch now up for NE PA. Storms are starting to fire out west...scattered in nature so far, let's see if they congeal into a line as the trek east.
  8. I just instructed my wife via text to stop watering. She said why. I said because Jon said so.
  9. Edit: Blizz never wrote it off. Then again, he'll be watching for some mixing after the front passes.
  10. Pretty much every single poster in this thread has completely written today off. Not just in terms of severe, but getting any rain at all included. Keep the good fight. Some areas at least look to get something out of this.
  11. Looks like the biggest threat is winds...SPC going with 30%.
  12. Wow...SE portions of our area just got upgraded to ENH:
  13. Okay, that makes sense. Severe threat seems to be greater the farther NE one goes, so that supports what you're saying.
  14. Just saw that as well. Interesting little "war" today between the models/most forecasters vs. MU - at least yesterday PM, he was thinking best rain chances for today was going to be in northern PA...
  15. It hasn't been quite as constantly been in the 50s here - one thing I've noticed this summer compared to last year especially is generally overall lower dews. For me, it's all in my lenses. Last summer, it seemed like for months on end, every time I'd walk outside, my glasses fogged up immediately. It's only happened a few times so far this summer. That's my highly scientific measurement that this summer has been more pleasant. LOL
  16. I was in the process of posting that it got a few degrees cooler last night than forecast for my area. That's VERY unusual for any time of the year. CTP had a forecast low of 68, I got down to 65. Currently it's sunny and 70.
  17. Meh...neither is good. Steelers playing home games on a field named after a Michigan company. Awful.
  18. Sunny skies with a splash and dash of cumulus. 82 degrees. The perfect summer day.
  19. Yeah...after another "Haves and Have Nots" day tomorrow, chances dwindle once again.
  20. I know that these maps shouldn't be used for a whole lot more than a rough idea of what might happen, but if this depiction is correct, the dry folks will continue to get...drier.
  21. Very nice summer day. Reminds me of summer days as a kid minus the haze in the sky.
  22. High today was 86 here in the historic district. Still sitting at 14 days of 90 degree highs.
