  1. The Trop is truly the Orioles house of horrors. No matter if either team is having a good season or bad season, the Rays are going to win. We are owned in Tampa.
  2. It's almost embarrassing to say that I've had 14 days at or above 90. The "real feel" overall makes that number seem significantly inflated.
  3. Sunny and 83 here. Another stellar summer day. Another day I can see when I'm outside.
  4. I just commented the other day how infrequently my lenses have fogged up this summer compared to last. Overall, it's been quite tolerable, even on some of the warmer days. And I'm not complaining.
  5. 76 here. Light breeze has an ENE trajectory which might keep us below 90 this afternoon.
  6. Beautiful here once again, doesn't look quite as nice at a lot of our favorite shore points:
  7. Still sitting at 14 days of 90+ degree temps here - today's high was 87 for the 2nd day in a row.
  8. JI talks a lot more respectfully and has a lot more knowledge. Agree with the drive by part.
  9. First, I never said a damn thing about next week. Second, you trolled him and used a map for week #2 to insult him. If you're going to offer a rebuttal, why not pick something relevant to the comment? I'm not going back and forth with you. I stand by what I said and why I said it. I'm the right one here, by the way.
  10. Why do people find delight instigating issues? Superstorm is a great contributor, and that dude replied not only out of line, but his map he used wasn't even for next week.
  11. He said NEXT week...like, in 4-10 days? You posted an 11-15 day map. But you already knew this. Do us a favor and get the f*ck out of our thread and stay out. Troll.
  12. I checked the radar 5 minutes before you posted this and saw nothing. Little pop up shower developed near Lancaster...not super close to me unfortunately. But hey...Lancaster got like 1" of rain just this past weekend.
  13. If not inferior, they are not a team built to win 10 in a row at this juncture. I think the Orioles are going to be a sustained force in the AL East in the next few years. It's coming.
  14. Baseball players and owners have done so much to tarnish America's game over the past 30+ years that I've become a shell of the fan that I used to be. One thing that's magical about baseball that I would contend cannot (or is incredibly unlikely) happen in any other sport are long winning streaks by inferior teams. Neither the Orioles nor the Mariners have any business winning 10 games in a row, but here we are. The Orioles are just as likely, if not more so, to lose 10+ games in a row. When was the last time an inferior team in the NFL, the Association, or on the Frozen Pond won 10 games in a row? It doesn't happen. That's the magic of baseball. Back to the weather.
  15. Many. 100 is not overly common. Heatwave of 1995, I had 3 days in a row in the low 100s. Best MDT could manage was a 99 on one of those days.
  16. Reporting 0.00" here. Did manage a few clouds about an hour ago.
  17. We do that long enough and someone's bound to get pissed.
  18. That's exactly my point. Why is my temp that much lower than yours? We're both equally dry.
  19. That sort of makes sense to me. I can't figure out why Harrisburg is 5 degrees higher than me given that it's been dry as a bone here.
  20. I'm definitely slipping in the 2022 heat derby down this way. I usually run stride for stride with Canderson, but he's pulling away now. Mahantango will hit at least 90 every day through Halloween at this rate.
  21. Correct. You need to be exact to get the full rain shield effect. LOL
  22. Realistically, it's still a 65-75 win team at the end of the day. I have little to no aspirations for this team to end up at .500. It took a miracle stretch just to reach the mark...there will still be plenty of losses to come. Having said that...the compass is pointing up, the system is deep, there are lots of high picks coming, and there is much to be hopeful for in Birdland.
  23. The entire AL East is now at or above .500. When was the last time that happened on July 13th?
