  1. Why do people find delight instigating issues? Superstorm is a great contributor, and that dude replied not only out of line, but his map he used wasn't even for next week.
  2. He said NEXT week...like, in 4-10 days? You posted an 11-15 day map. But you already knew this. Do us a favor and get the f*ck out of our thread and stay out. Troll.
  3. I checked the radar 5 minutes before you posted this and saw nothing. Little pop up shower developed near Lancaster...not super close to me unfortunately. But hey...Lancaster got like 1" of rain just this past weekend.
  4. If not inferior, they are not a team built to win 10 in a row at this juncture. I think the Orioles are going to be a sustained force in the AL East in the next few years. It's coming.
  5. Baseball players and owners have done so much to tarnish America's game over the past 30+ years that I've become a shell of the fan that I used to be. One thing that's magical about baseball that I would contend cannot (or is incredibly unlikely) happen in any other sport are long winning streaks by inferior teams. Neither the Orioles nor the Mariners have any business winning 10 games in a row, but here we are. The Orioles are just as likely, if not more so, to lose 10+ games in a row. When was the last time an inferior team in the NFL, the Association, or on the Frozen Pond won 10 games in a row? It doesn't happen. That's the magic of baseball. Back to the weather.
  6. Many. 100 is not overly common. Heatwave of 1995, I had 3 days in a row in the low 100s. Best MDT could manage was a 99 on one of those days.
  7. Reporting 0.00" here. Did manage a few clouds about an hour ago.
  8. We do that long enough and someone's bound to get pissed.
  9. That's exactly my point. Why is my temp that much lower than yours? We're both equally dry.
  10. That sort of makes sense to me. I can't figure out why Harrisburg is 5 degrees higher than me given that it's been dry as a bone here.
  11. I'm definitely slipping in the 2022 heat derby down this way. I usually run stride for stride with Canderson, but he's pulling away now. Mahantango will hit at least 90 every day through Halloween at this rate.
  12. Correct. You need to be exact to get the full rain shield effect. LOL
  13. Realistically, it's still a 65-75 win team at the end of the day. I have little to no aspirations for this team to end up at .500. It took a miracle stretch just to reach the mark...there will still be plenty of losses to come. Having said that...the compass is pointing up, the system is deep, there are lots of high picks coming, and there is much to be hopeful for in Birdland.
  14. The entire AL East is now at or above .500. When was the last time that happened on July 13th?
  15. I was just going by my point and click for Maytown. No rain chances in that until 40% late Sunday.
  16. Not even a mention of rain here until later Sunday according to CTP and MU - watering is in overdrive now.
  17. That map should have zero shading over Maytown. The overall spirit of the map looks okay. LOL
  18. I was thinking the same thing Blizz. I know when I have snow cover I'm getting itchy around 2-3pm for the sun to hurry the heck up and set already. That's the agonizing part. Waiting.
  19. Thanks- part of the deal during the summer but this one hurts a little extra given how radar looked as well as how often I've been skipped over lately. Still not as bad as northern folks but it's now going to be 4 or 5 days until the next legitimate chance.
  20. First cell dropped 0.00" here. Literally fell apart at the river.
  21. Weather station about 1 mile from work is currently reading 90 - it's 86 at home and getting dark to the NW.
  22. Good stuff! Looks like it's raining now from Harrisburg on south and west.
